Successful FAT with a little extra edge!

We have been entrusted with the task of delivering a machine that will produce their luxurious chocolate boxes for PERGALĖ, the well-known Lithuanian chocolate manufacturer. And this machine has an extra interesting detail...

…Because here, there is no need for glue!

Both the lid and the bottom are raised and locked by mechanical locking, where the cardboard tabs are folded in and locked together.

After our machine, the lids and bottoms continue on separate conveyor belts into the customer's production. There, the boxes are filled with chocolate before the lids are finally placed on and the finished chocolate boxes are ready for the next step.
