Who can report misconduct?

  • Employees
  • Volunteers
  • Interns
  • Persons performing work under the control and management of a company
  • Self-employed individuals
  • Persons in a company’s management or supervisory body, if the operator is a company

When should the whistleblower function be used?

  • Serious deviations from internal guidelines and regulations in the service
  • Fraud
  • Conflicts of interest
  • Criminal activities
  • Bribes
  • Inappropriate side jobs
  • Theft

How is the whistleblower handled?

  • All matters are received and assessed for investigation or forwarding, e.g., to HR or a safety delegate.
  • The whistleblower is protected against retaliation when reporting suspected serious misconduct.
  • Feedback is provided if desired, while maintaining anonymity towards the company.
  • Reports are documented, preserved, and cleared in accordance with whistleblower laws.
